A welcoming family in Muswell Hill is looking for an experienced and caring full-time nanny to look after their 2-year-old son. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting young children’s growth through play, learning, and daily activities in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive daily care for a 2-year-old child.
- Assist with dressing, diaper changes, and potty training.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
- Organise fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities.
- Keep the child’s play area clean and tidy.
- Read stories, encourage interactive play, and support early learning.
- Take the child to parks, playgroups, and other suitable outings.
- Promote physical, social, emotional, language, and cognitive development.
- Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience caring for toddlers.
- NVQ Level 2 in Childcare is preferred.
- Valid Infant/Child First Aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about childcare.
- Strong references from previous families.
- Current DBS check (issued within the last year or registered with the Update Service).
