About the Role
WGC, the UK’s leading outsourced hotel services provider, is looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at Delta Hotels Bristol City Centre.
As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for hotel guests. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will support the daily operation of the housekeeping department and ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest supplies
- Ensure rooms are presented to provide an excellent guest experience
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns
- Handle lost property according to company procedures
- Check that appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and working correctly
- Support the housekeeping team with daily tasks and service requirements

About You
Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but it is not essential. We are looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
