About the Role
Nando’s is looking for enthusiastic Back of House Team Members (Kitchen Porters) to join its restaurant team. No previous experience is required—full training is provided. If you’re passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll help prepare Nando’s famous PERi-PERi meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to Nando’s quality standards.
- Set up, maintain, and clean kitchen workstations.
- Carry out deep cleaning and maintain kitchen hygiene.
- Follow food safety, fire safety, and health and safety procedures.
- Help ensure the kitchen runs efficiently during busy service periods.

- No previous experience required—training is provided.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
