About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar Staff to join a vibrant hospitality team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
You will help create a welcoming atmosphere by serving drinks, assisting customers and keeping the bar running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Operate the till and handle basic calculations.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised and hygienic.
- Restock drinks and other supplies as required.
- Follow food safety and responsible serving practices.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality, bar or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol-serving practices.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong time-management and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment.
- Ability to handle basic cash and payment calculations accurately.
- Friendly, energetic and approachable personality.
- Genuine interest in hospitality and creating a positive customer experience.
