Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, restrooms, and communal areas.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and appropriately.
- Restock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
- Keep cleaning equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Report damaged or faulty equipment when necessary.
- Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Ensure properties are clean, tidy, organised, and presentable.
- Complete cleaning assignments to a consistently high professional standard.
Requirements
- Previous residential, commercial, or janitorial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time-management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, professional, and hardworking attitude.
- Flexibility to work during agreed hours based on client requirements.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid Public Liability Insurance.
- Contractors must provide their own cleaning supplies and products.
