About the Role
Starbucks is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join the team at Elephant & Castle Station.
No previous barista experience is required. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude and want to be part of a friendly, energetic team.
As a Barista, you’ll create high-quality beverages and provide excellent customer service while helping make every customer’s visit a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages and food products.
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service.
- Build genuine connections with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Support colleagues during busy periods.
- Follow store procedures, including opening and closing duties.
- Assist with cash handling and store safety and security.
- Follow Starbucks recipes and presentation standards.
- Help create a welcoming and comfortable store environment.
About You
You don’t need previous experience to apply. Starbucks provides comprehensive training to help you learn the role and develop your coffee knowledge.
