About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Fine Dining Bartender to join the hospitality team at Restaurant Associates.
You’ll be responsible for creating beautifully presented drinks while delivering exceptional service to every guest. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a professional dining environment and takes pride in providing high-quality hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality, beautifully presented drinks.
- Deliver friendly, professional and efficient bar service.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all beverages and their preparation.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised and well presented.
- Process customer payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
- Follow all food handling, hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience at every service.
