About the Role – Care & Support Worker in Newham
As a Support Worker, you’ll be working with five individuals who live together in a supportive, inclusive bungalow setting. Your role is to empower them to live independently, enjoy daily life, and participate actively in their local community.
This is a hands-on care role involving:
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Medication administration
- Support with moving and handling (training provided)
- Encouraging social activities like bowling, dancing, cinema trips, and farm visits

Available Hours:
- Full-Time: 39 hours per week
- Part-Time: 21–28 hours per week
- Casual shifts available
This is a 24-hour care service, so flexibility is key. Shift patterns include mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
