We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Dry Cleaning Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
- Take in and hand out dry-cleaning orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming counter area.
- Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Fluent English and confident communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional personality.
- Energetic, active, and reliable approach to work.
- Good customer service skills.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage.
