About the Role
Aldi is looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
You’ll play an important role in maintaining Aldi’s high standards, from keeping aisles and surrounding areas clean to ensuring shopping trolleys are tidy and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Keep aisles clear and safe for customers
- Carry out general cleaning duties throughout the store
- Clean windows and other store areas as required
- Clear litter around the store
- Keep shopping trolleys clean and organised
- Follow the store’s cleaning schedule and safety procedures
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
- Work effectively as part of the store team
Skills & Experience
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to follow cleaning schedules and instructions carefully
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Store shifts may start as early as 6:00am and finish as late as 10:00pm, depending on the store.
