📦 About the Role
SNM Medway Logistics is recruiting reliable and motivated Weekend Delivery Drivers to join its team at the Grays / West Thurrock depot.
This opportunity is ideal for people looking to earn extra income at weekends or take on regular delivery work. You will deliver parcels to customers using a company-arranged van and a planned delivery route.
No previous delivery experience is required, as paid training and ongoing support are provided.
🚐 Main Responsibilities
- Collect your assigned van and delivery parcels from the depot.
- Follow your planned delivery route using a delivery app.
- Complete approximately 150 delivery stops, depending on the route.
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently to customers.
- Return to the depot after completing your route.
- Take on additional paid support work when available to increase your earnings.
💰 Pay and Benefits
- £137.70 per standard 9-hour route, after the £8 daily van and insurance charge, before tax.
- Potential earnings of up to £170 per day when additional paid support work is available and completed.
- Weekly payments every Friday, two weeks in arrears.

✅ Driver Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years old due to commercial insurance requirements.
- Hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence for at least 12 months.
- Have no more than 6 penalty points.
- Have no active driving bans within the last 3 years.
- Have none of the specified disqualifying driving endorsements listed in the original advert.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Be able to pass a basic DBS check, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Be available to work at least 2 days between Friday and Sunday.
