Job Overview
We are currently hiring enthusiastic Part-Time Waiters to join our team for the opening of our new restaurant at Templeton Garden. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and seat guests with a warm and professional approach
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while meeting guest expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas
- Follow restaurant hygiene standards, health & safety, and dress code policies
- Respond professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Attend training sessions and team meetings when required
- Support the Restaurant Manager with additional duties as needed
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Well-presented with good personal hygiene
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a new restaurant setting
