The Role
As an Evening Room Attendant, you will be a key part of our housekeeping team, ensuring that every guest room is immaculate, welcoming, and prepared to the highest standards. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and prepare guest bedrooms for turndown and full service.
- Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Create memorable experiences for all guests through attentive and intuitive service.
- Keep maid service areas, cupboards, and corridors organized.
- Report defects and issues to maintain the highest standards.
- Support the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations.
About You
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immaculate personal presentation and a welcoming personality.
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is desirable but not required.
- Committed to delivering exceptional service experiences that leave lasting impressions.
