The Role – A Day in the Life
As our Night Manager, you will oversee hotel operations during overnight hours, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front desk and supervising overnight staff
- Monitoring safety and security protocols
- Handling guest requests, complaints, and resolving conflicts
- Supporting operations across food & beverage, maintenance, housekeeping, and other areas as needed
You will be a key driver of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team collaboration throughout the night.

- Hotel operations knowledge: Understanding of front desk procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and hotel software systems
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Comfortable working night shifts, including commuting to/from the hotel
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding brand standards
