We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Bar Manager who loves hospitality, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
- Lead, support, and motivate the bar team, including recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Ensure guests have a welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
- Assist with operational efficiency and smooth running of the bar.
