About the Role
Join the Connaught Care team as a Laundry Assistant and help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents by ensuring impeccable cleanliness and well‑cared‑for laundry throughout the home. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining comfort, dignity, and quality of life for those living at the care home.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle residents’ clothing and linens with care, ensuring everything is washed, dried, and neatly presented.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the laundry area.
• Follow health & safety, infection control, and COSHH procedures at all times.
• Work closely with housekeeping and care teams to support a seamless resident experience.
• Be a friendly and respectful presence for residents and colleagues alike.
What You’ll Bring

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is desirable but not essential.
