Key Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage a section of 25–30 guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of front-of-house or waiter/waitress experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and teamwork-focused
