What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Working at pace in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
- Enhancing the venue atmosphere through music, lighting, and ambience
- Collaborating closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Achieving sales targets and supporting your teammates to succeed
- Serving drinks and food to spec and learning new menu items
- Ensuring guest safety and compliance at all times
- Completing required compliance training within your first two weeks
- Bringing great vibes, positive energy, and personality to every shift
