What You’ll Do:
- Create and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, and other beverages with flair and precision 🍸
- Learn from our onsite Mixologists and develop your skills
- Deliver exceptional service, anticipating guest needs and enhancing their experience
- Upsell drinks and ensure smooth bar operations
- Work collaboratively across hotel departments to create memorable moments for guests
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume cocktail bar
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails; ability to recommend pairings
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including Christmas & New Year
