We are looking for a reliable School Cleaner to join our team at 88 Chaucer Road, Rotherham S65 2LD. This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 5:00pm (10 hours per week). The role is term-time, with 3 weeks of deep cleaning during school holidays.
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Key Duties:
- Clean designated areas including classrooms, toilets, and kitchens
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty bins
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and maintain a safe, sanitary environment
Requirements:
- DBS check required
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
