About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences in a vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all customers
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- Promote and upsell drinks, as well as recommend food and beverage pairings
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Support team members and assist in other areas of the venue when required
Requirements
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Confident handling payments and basic numerical tasks
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
