Pay: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour
We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our small and welcoming team on a part-time, permanent basis.
Working Hours
- Primarily Saturday evenings
- Flexibility to work additional shifts between Thursday and Saturday when required
- Shifts may finish at midnight or later
Applicants should ideally live locally in Birmingham with reliable transport links due to late finishing times.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be passionate about food and drink, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. As part of a small team, you will need a positive, “can-do” attitude and be willing to support both front-of-house and kitchen operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Explaining menus and specials
- Taking feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Clearing and setting tables
- Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen
- Supporting the team in daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience (required)
- Friendly and professional manner
- Available to start immediately
