We are looking for a Sales Assistant (Experience Expert) to join our London team. This role is about more than sales — it’s about creating memorable, personalised experiences that reflect the Mulberry spirit.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding, engaging customer experiences
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships using in-store CRM tools
- Share product knowledge through storytelling and brand expertise
- Contribute ideas and support the team to achieve operational excellence
- Act as a proud ambassador for Mulberry
