The Role: Housekeeping Supervisor
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and guest-ready
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and maintain high presentation standards
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and attention to detail
- Oversee linen changes, bed-making, and replenishment of amenities
- Report maintenance issues or missing items promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support guest requests such as additional amenities or special room setups
- Work closely with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service
