Individual Restaurants is looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established collection of over 30 leading restaurants, including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, and Riva Blu.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock handling and deliveries
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong teamwork skills
- Passion for food and hospitality
