Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy café. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high food safety and quality standards, and managing a productive and enthusiastic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily café operations, including food preparation, service, and cleaning procedures
- Lead, support, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all food safety standards and health regulations are followed
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation to reduce waste
- Create staff schedules, assign duties, and support staff training and development
- Monitor daily sales and financial performance, preparing reports when required
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract more customers
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience with food production, kitchen operations, or barista duties is an advantage
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of hospitality service standards and customer experience
- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or challenging situations
