About the Role:
Join the Mamas & Papas Watford store as a Retail Sales Assistant and help create magical shopping experiences for parents and families. You’ll provide expert advice on prams, cots, baby clothes, and accessories, guiding customers through their parenting journey with warmth and professionalism.
This role is a 14-month fixed-term contract, working 8 hours per week across weekends:
- Saturday: 2 PM – 6 PM
- Sunday: 1 PM – 5 PM
(Shift flexibility can be discussed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Assist with personal shopping experiences, consultations, and in-store events
- Support the store team with daily retail operations
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
- Passionate about helping customers and creating memorable experiences
