We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team in Plymouth. The role involves keeping residential and commercial properties spotless while providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is safety-conscious, hardworking, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean windows of various sizes and types in homes and commercial buildings
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and solutions for streak-free results
- Travel between job sites and manage scheduled appointments efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow safety protocols at all times, especially when working at heights
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
Requirements:
- Valid driving licence and reliable driving skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
