About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Home Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services in residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, organised, and welcoming environments while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough cleaning of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Keep living spaces tidy and well-organised.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products.
- Assist with laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding.
- Support with light kitchen tasks or meal preparation when required.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in house cleaning, janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning (preferred).
- At least 1 year of home cleaning experience.
- Basic cooking skills are an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Access to reliable transport is beneficial.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties (lifting, bending, standing).
