We are a small, independent family-run gift shop located in the busy Market Place area of Ambleside, looking for a reliable, confident, and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and being part of a close-knit team. The role is mainly for 2 weekdays (Wednesday & Thursday), with flexibility available for the right candidate. No weekend work is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting customers with purchases
- Maintaining shop presentation and cleanliness
- Supporting daily shop operations
