Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across different areas, ensuring all spaces remain clean, safe, and presentable.
A Basic DBS check and Credit Report are required for this role.
Working Hours
- Monday: 17:30 – 19:15 (1.75 hrs)
- Tuesday: 17:30 – 19:15 (1.75 hrs)
- Wednesday: 17:30 – 19:15 (1.75 hrs)
- Thursday: 17:30 – 19:15 (1.75 hrs)
- Friday: 17:30 – 19:15 (1.75 hrs)
- Saturday & Sunday: No shifts
Total: 8.75 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning tasks in offices, kitchens, restrooms, and shared areas
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised according to health and safety standards
- Handle waste disposal and recycling properly
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the relevant person
- Respond professionally to client requests and maintain good customer service
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked and functional
- Work cooperatively with team members to maintain high cleaning standards
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential
- A valid DBS certificate (required)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (required)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Customer service skills are an advantage
- A driving licence is beneficial but not mandatory
