About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to represent Eurest as the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced workplace catering environment.
You’ll be part of a supportive, energetic team that takes pride in providing high-quality food and outstanding service, while working for a company that values and develops its people.
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday: Afternoon shifts
- Saturday & Sunday: Off (no scheduled shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a smooth, welcoming, and personalised customer experience
- Serve customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Provide clear information about products and services
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene compliance
- Represent Eurest and uphold a strong, positive brand image
