We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our school cleaning team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors. This is a part-time morning position, working Monday to Friday for 13 hours per week.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday – Morning shifts
- No weekend work
Main Duties
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, and shared areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and windows
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste properly
- Responding quickly to spillages and cleaning needs
- Restocking cleaning materials and supplies
What We’re Looking For
- Good attention to detail
- Organised and dependable
- Comfortable working in a hands-on cleaning role
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
- Flexible and willing to support the wider team when needed
This role is within the education sector, so successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check and Children’s Barred List check.
