About the Role
Jubilee High School, part of the Bourne Education Trust, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students in achieving their full potential. Working closely with teachers and school leaders, you will help deliver high-quality learning support while promoting an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging classroom lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group learning support.
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
- Plan and deliver targeted intervention activities under teacher guidance.
- Monitor student progress and adapt support to meet individual needs.
- Promote student wellbeing, inclusion, and safeguarding.
- Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and positive school environment.
Requirements
Essential
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
