About the Role
Brasserie of Light is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join its welcoming team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences in a stylish, fast-paced restaurant environment.
As the first point of contact, you will ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, provide helpful information about the restaurant and daily specials, and support the team by communicating guest requests, including allergen information, accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Provide information about the menu, restaurant services, and daily specials.
- Handle reservations and guest enquiries.
- Communicate dietary and allergen requirements to the kitchen team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous hospitality or reception experience is an advantage but not essential.
