About the Role
ESO London is expanding its sales and marketing team in East London and is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join as Retail Sales Assistants / Sales Representatives.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training, coaching and ongoing mentorship will be provided, making this a good opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales.
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing or travel can be useful but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company and its clients professionally.
- Engage confidently with customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and product information.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Attend structured training, coaching and development sessions.
- Represent brands at various in-person sales events across the UK.
- Build strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a target-driven environment.
