About the Role
W London is looking for a passionate and confident Bartender to join The Perception Bar & W Lounge in the heart of Soho.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a stylish luxury hotel environment known for creative cocktails, music, entertainment and exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, polished and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails using high-quality ingredients and professional techniques.
- Welcome and engage guests with confidence and personality.
- Recommend drinks and explain cocktail ingredients and concepts.
- Create personalised experiences for every guest.
- Work closely with the bar team to develop new drinks and improve the menu.
- Keep the bar clean, organised, fully stocked and ready for service.
- Process guest payments accurately and professionally.
- Deliver W Hotels’ personalised Whatever/Whenever service philosophy.
- Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments when required.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and professionalism.
