About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front-of-House / Floor Staff to join our family-run modern Italian restaurant in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Our goal is to provide every guest with a warm welcome, excellent service and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Provide attentive table service throughout each guest’s visit.
- Recommend dishes from our Italian menu and confidently explain ingredients, cooking methods and flavours.
- Respond to customer needs and help ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service.
- Prepare and clear tables before, during and after service.
- Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and presentable.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

- Previous Front-of-House experience is preferred, but the right attitude is equally important.
