About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, physically fit, and hardworking Window Cleaner to join our team. Around 90% of our work is carried out at ground level, but the role requires someone who is physically strong and able to complete cleaning duties efficiently throughout the working day.
Initially, you will work alongside an experienced team member to become familiar with our customers, standards, and working environment. Once you are confident and have demonstrated that you can work independently, you will be assigned your own schedule and customer appointments.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows, frames, sills, and doors at residential properties.
- Clean soffits, fascias, and guttering.
- Clean conservatory roofs.
- Follow all required health and safety procedures, particularly when working at height.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Complete scheduled work efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- A reliable and responsible approach to work.
- Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning duties throughout the day.
- Able to work independently once fully trained.
- Previous window-cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
