About the Role
Claridge’s, one of London’s renowned five-star hotels, is looking for an experienced Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team.
The successful candidate will help maintain the hotel’s guest rooms to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring every room is clean, comfortable and prepared according to Claridge’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms every day.
- Strip and make beds, including extra beds and baby cots.
- Replace towels, toiletries and other guest supplies.
- Check rooms carefully and maintain excellent presentation standards.
- Report maintenance and technical issues promptly.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping team to provide a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- Have previous experience in a similar Room Attendant or housekeeping role.
- Ideally have experience in a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Have a strong understanding of guest service and attention to detail.
- Be able to anticipate and respond appropriately to guest needs.
- Be a reliable and positive team player.
- Be willing to learn, develop and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have an understanding of Forbes and LQA standards.
