About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in high-quality serviced apartments and help deliver an outstanding guest experience.
You will play an important role in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming apartments while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare apartments to the required quality standards.
- Complete daily apartment inspection checklists.
- Maintain clean and organised stockrooms and storage areas.
- Communicate with Reception regarding early departures and room readiness.
- Sort and manage laundry according to company procedures.
- Keep reception, kitchens, staff rooms, and toilets clean.
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- A flexible approach to working shifts.
- A cheerful, energetic, and helpful personality.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Professional appearance and willingness to wear the provided uniform.
- A commitment to excellent guest service.
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous.
