Ruby Hotels is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join the team at Ruby Stella in London. In this role, you will ensure that all public spaces and guest areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming, helping us provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Located in a quiet London lane and inspired by the literary heritage of Charles Dickens, Ruby Stella is a stylish hotel with 153 rooms. The hotel is close to the West End, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Tower of London. Ruby Hotels is a rapidly growing hospitality brand known for its modern Lean Luxury concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas and occasionally guest rooms.
- Carry out special cleaning tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Operations Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure all housekeeping standards and quality guidelines are followed.
- Work closely with hotel hosts and technicians to meet guest needs.
- Assist guests when needed and maintain a friendly presence on the floor.
- Manage lost-and-found items responsibly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role within hospitality.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Positive attitude and friendly personality.
- Ability to interact professionally with international guests.
- Fluent English communication skills.
