Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible and reliable School Driver to safely transport students to and from school. The role involves ensuring the well-being of passengers throughout the journey while adhering to transport and safeguarding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive students according to assigned routes and schedules
- Ensure all passengers are picked up and dropped off at the correct locations
- Maintain a calm, safe, and orderly environment within the vehicle
- Work closely with the Passenger Assistant to support student needs
- Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, cleanliness, and safety)
- Report incidents, delays, or issues promptly to the transport office
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safeguarding procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Valid and appropriate UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
