Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is key to ensuring a welcoming, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to a high standard
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities
- Dust, polish, vacuum, and mop as required
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Support laundry operations when needed
- Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Friendly attitude with good communication skills
- Physical ability to handle cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Must be available to work weekends
