Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
- Carry out routine inspections and report maintenance or health and safety concerns.
- Help create a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.
- Support the wider site team and maintain positive working relationships.
- Follow all health and safety procedures while completing daily cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience in a residential or commercial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
