Join The Real Greek, a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant, and become an essential part of our kitchen team. As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll support chefs by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen, helping deliver exceptional dining experiences every day.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, wants to learn and grow in the culinary world, and is passionate about Mediterranean cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Assist chefs with food preparation and dishwashing duties
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
- Communicate effectively with chefs about food or kitchen issues
- Participate in food safety and product knowledge training
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or catering experience preferred
- Flexible and adaptable to varying tasks and shifts
- Team player with good organisation skills
- Commitment to following uniform, safety, and hygiene standards
