About the Role
SRMG Limited is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong retail management skills with a solid understanding of the food industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure proper stock rotation (especially for food items)
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and build long-term relationships
- Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and control operational costs
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including hygiene and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with retail systems and reporting tools
