About the Role
Starbucks is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the team as a Barista. No previous experience is required—full training is provided. If you enjoy working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity.
As a Barista, you’ll create handcrafted beverages, prepare food, and help provide the welcoming “third place” experience that Starbucks is known for. Every day is different, offering opportunities to connect with customers and work alongside a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee, beverages, and food according to Starbucks standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build genuine relationships with customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store security.
- Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers throughout every shift.
Working Hours
This role requires flexibility, including availability for:
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Occasionally nights, depending on business needs
Training
