About the Role
LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Assistants to join its Hotel Kitchen Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in hospitality and want to gain experience in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Working alongside experienced chefs, you will help prepare and serve a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Assist with food preparation for daily service.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with deliveries and restocking.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Maintain excellent food presentation and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Full training will be provided for successful candidates.
- Passion for food and hospitality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
