About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Evening Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities team supporting Defence services in Whitehall.
As part of the team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and hygienic environments for clients, customers and colleagues. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a practical, hands-on role, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities
As an Evening Cleaner, you will:
- Clean and maintain designated areas to a high standard.
- Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum floors and surfaces.
- Regularly sanitise surfaces, windows and high-touch areas.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to spills and other cleaning requirements.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
- Monitor cleaning products and replenish supplies when required.
- Work closely with the wider cleaning and facilities team.
- Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

- Flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
- Experienced in a similar cleaning role — although previous experience is not essential.
